At IRIS Foundation and charitable trust , we are dedicated to empowering individuals through education, with a special focus on girls and women . Our mission is to create equal opportunities, break barriers, and provide resources that enable underserved communities to thrive.
1. सामान्य वर्ग के लोगों का उत्थान करना — समाज के सभी वर्गों, विशेषकर कमजोर वर्गों, को उन्नति का अवसर देना।
2. भाईचारे और एकता की भावना विकसित करना — सभी वर्गों के बीच सौहार्द, प्रेम और समानता स्थापित करना।
3. न्याय की स्थापना करना — सामाजिक, आर्थिक और राजनीतिक न्याय सुनिश्चित करना।
4. सामाजिक बुराइयों का उन्मूलन करना — अंधविश्वास, छुआछूत, भेदभाव जैसी बुराइयों को समाप्त करना।
5. शिक्षा का प्रसार करना — समाज में शिक्षा का स्तर बढ़ाना ताकि सभी जागरूक और आत्मनिर्भर बन सकें।
6. आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्गों की सहायता करना — गरीबों और पिछड़ों को विशेष सहायता देकर उन्हें मुख्यधारा में लाना।
7. नैतिक और सांस्कृतिक मूल्यों की रक्षा करना — समाज में नैतिकता और संस्कृति को बनाए रखना।
8. राष्ट्रीय एकता और अखंडता को बनाए रखना — देश के सभी नागरिकों में एकता और देशभक्ति की भावना विकसित करना ।

5. लोक कल्याण और जनजागरण अभियानों का संचालन।
6. सामुदायिक सेवा कार्य — जैसे सहायता शिविर, रक्तदान, पर्यावरण संरक्षण आदि।
7. सरकारी योजनाओं के प्रचार-प्रसार और पूर्ण करने में सहयोग करना।
